WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS?

When you purchase a subscription, you have the option of monthly payments, or a one time payment at the time of purchase to cover the complete subscription cost.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If for some reason you receive your reeds and they do not play, or are in a broken/unplayable condition, we will refund the cost of the reeds in full upon return of the reeds to us! (This does not include the price of shipping)

IS SHIPPING REALLY ONLY $2.99 ALL THE TIME?

There are only a few exceptions to our Flat Rate shipping policy! Some extra fees may apply if we are shipping a ton of items to a far away state. If/when this happens, we will let you know at the time of purchase what that costs will be. Also, you get free shipping with your purchase of any subscription with us!

WHAT TYPE OF CANE DO YOU USE?

21stCentuREEDS uses primarily Medir cane. Our experience with Medir has always been positive, and we just have a thing for it! If, for some reason, our cane supply changes, we'll notify you on the product page!

WHAT TYPE OF STAPLES DO YOU USE?

We use Stevens Staples. You can choose reeds made with either Stevens Brass Thick Wall Staples, or Stevens Silver Thin Wall Staples. If this changes, we'll notify you on our product page!
